Used Car Programme Proposition

This training programme has been designed to instil into delegates the value of the manufacturer used car programme and how they can build that value into their sales process. We structured it in a way to ensure it was beneficial for all customer facing dealership staff although we strongly recommend senior staff also attend such courses. The course should allow them to understand the process and confirm to sales staff the importance of this programme.

Used Car Appraisal

We know, as well as you do, that profit starts at the purchase of your used car stock. That’s why we’ve come up with a workshop that covers the part exchange process and customer qualification.

Dealership Best Practice

This training programme consists of a full day workshop in a discussion format. It focuses on a full overview of KPI’S used in the dealership including the purpose of them and why we use them. This workshop works best when there is a mix of skill levels amongst delegates.
