Our experience has shown it’s vital for clients to use a remarketing process which includes the feature of an audit trail. This feature records post refurbishment vehicle movements and transport which allows the system to be able to identify any damage or missing items which could be re-charged.

Gain Solutions VMS system includes an audit trail as well as an additional unique Electronic Proof of Delivery System (EPOD) which clearly identifies rechargeable items in real time. We manage a post refurbishing claims process on behalf of all our clients. This includes collecting missing documents identified in the audit trail, validating the buyers claim, establishing liability and then negotiating the lowest repair cost, before authorising.
