Managing company vehicles

We understand that the management of company vehicles can be an emotive process that requires careful thinking and often needs a firm but sensitive approach. That’s why by using our Vehicle Management System (VMS) we can manage the employee’s vehicle from ordering through to hand over and all operational aspects in between (Vehicle administration). Once the qualifying mileage is reached, we co-ordinate the vehicle return and present the replacement.

The returned vehicle is then inspected either at the home of the driver or a location chosen by a Gains Solutions Inspector and managed through the de-fleet process into the appropriate remarketing channel. The client can choose whichever refurbishment provider they wish.

To have an effective company vehicle programme you must deliver a high quality, time efficient service to the employee. It also must benefit the fleet owner by minimising operational processing times and costs, therefore maximising the eventual residual value of the vehicle.
